The vast geographic spread of commercial and public transport operations, combined with siloed monitoring systems across regulatory bodies, created critical governance gaps. Each authority relied on disparate legacy platforms. This systemic fragmentation prevented unified oversight, allowing significant section of vehicles to evade compliance checks. Without a single source of truth, these agencies struggled to coordinate enforcement and optimize infrastructure investments—making centralized visibility both an operational and public safety imperative.

Our solution was FLOWW, a centralized platform that effectively monitor regulatory compliance for the Emirate’s evolving needs in mobility sector which optimized efficiency, sustainability, and promoted safety and seamless implementation of regulations. This solution integrated real-time vehicle tracking, permit management, compliance monitoring and fine management for the mobility services in the Emirate. FLOWW automated permit issuance, enabled digital documentation, and equipped the inspectors with a mobile app for efficient roadside enforcement. Realizing the capabilities of the platform, multiple regulatory authorities started onboarding into the platform to reap it’s benefits as a centralized hub for operational visibility.
